The box structure, board selection, artwork and print specifications are prepared for review.

Digital or physical proofs are checked and approved before production is released.

Approved artwork is produced with the selected print process and colour controls.

Lamination, coating, foiling, embossing or other specified finishes are applied.

Printed sheets are accurately cut and creased to the approved packaging structure.

Packaging is folded or assembled and inspected for print, finish and construction consistency.

Approved finished goods are counted, packed securely and prepared for dispatch.

Quality gates

Content, colour intent and placement are reviewed before final printing.

Dimensions, folds, openings and product fit are confirmed for the selected format.

Finished packaging is checked for print consistency, construction and presentation.
